In-Room Private Dining

While Eureka Springs and Beaver Lake boast many fine restaurants, often guests find their stay here so relaxing that they just don't want to leave at all.  But don't worry, our goal is to remove all obstacles between you and your perfect vacation, hence our unique private dining service. Rather than you going to a restaurant, we’ll bring the restaurant to you. 

Simply choose from our distinctive menu below and Private Chef Denise Domonkos will come to your cabin or suite and put your kitchen through its paces.  She'll also set the table, serve each course hot off the stove, and clean up the dishes before she leaves.  However, please be careful:  Having your own personal chef can be addictive resulting in numerous repeat visits to BLC.  Also due to the extensive preparations involved, it is important that you book dinner with Denise as soon as possible, preferably when you make your room reservation, as last minute requests are almost impossible to accommodate.

Here’s what to expect:  Make your dinner reservation and Denise will contact you shortly thereafter by phone to take your order.  Each guest may choose their own entr’e and style of potatoes, however we ask that both guests agree on a single choice of side vegetable and lovingly prepared desert.  On the appointed day, Denise will arrive an hour before dinner is to be served to begin preparations.  If you would prefer, just let the front desk know and we will let Denise in to your room so that you need not be present until dinner time, or feel free to hang out, peek over her shoulder and steal her secrets while she gets everything ready.  After that, just sit down and enjoy your own private feast.

Please note that we cannot provide any alcoholic beverages, but you can certainly bring your own which she will be happy to serve along with your dinner.  The price for the whole dinner is $89.00 per couple plus tax, gratuity not included.  Your dinner may be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance for a cancellation fee of $10.00.  cancellations less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.
