The "Cottage Downtown" offers, custom tailored bedding, plus contemporary and antique furnishings to create a unique getaway. Large private porch, double Jacuzzi, full kitchen, living room, plus an optional second bedroom with bath and private porch is available. Next door "Dreamy Night Cottage" offers a romantic, whimsical setting with contemporary and antique furnishings. Large wraparound porch, dreamy full kitchen, living room and Jacuzzi bath complete this cottage. Second bedroom is available also. Cottage Downtown or Dreamy Night Cottages rent on weekends $139.00 per night plus tax, two night minimum. Weekday rates Monday-Wednesday which often may include Sunday or Thursday $109.00 per night plus tax for two nights, three or more weeknights $99.00 plus tax, excludes all holidays and special events. .
 
We also rent two other of the most unique and special cottages in town. The Texaco Bungalow is a fabulously restored, 1930's gas station. It has two exquisitely decorated units that range in price from $99.00 on weekdays to $139.00 on weekends.
We also have the Cottage In the Bluff, located on the historic district's most famous street, you can stroll through the district's fabulous gardens, homes and experience all that is Eureka Springs.Cottage in the Bluff rents for $139.00 a night plus tax on weekends, most weekend require two night minimum. Weeknights or extended stay rents for $109.00 a night plus tax.
