Vacation Rental Properties

Rates are for two people. There is an additional charge of $5.00 for each additional person. There is also an additional charge of $10.00 per night on holidays and special events. A two night minimum stay is required on all rentals and a three night minimum on holidays and special events. Our vacation rental guests save by using our motel pool at no charge. We offer a 25% discount on golfing fees. Children 12 and under stay free. Pets are allowed in some properties with prior approval and a paid refundable damage deposit.

***Unless otherwise noted, all rental units have a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, and small appliances; cable TV, phone and washer/dryer.

	WINTER RATES AND FREE NIGHTS!!!
	From November 1st – April 30th WINTER RATES and FREE NIGHTS are available!!! In the vacation rental properties, from November 1st through April 30th stay two nights and get the third night free except during winter holiday periods. During winter holiday periods (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's) stay three nights and get the fourth night free. For individual property winter rates, please see the property descriptions below. You must request free nights when making your reservation!

	MOTEL ROOMS
	30 rooms - sleep 2 to 4 per room. In season rates are $54.95 for two Queen Beds or $59.95 for one King Bed (Winter Rate is $35 - $45) per night. CLOSE TO MARINA (one half mile). Rooms are equipped with microwave, small refrigerator, coffee pot, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Our facilities have extended cable TV with free wireless internet access at our on site restaurant or lobby area. The motel grounds offer a park like setting with picnic tables, charcoal grill, swimming pool and The Back Porch Restaurant serving a great breakfast and lunch.
