From the Birdsong Room you can view the woods behind the inn adjoining the garden below. This comfy room features iron bedsteads covered in patchwork quilts with a pot bellied table (original to the house) between them.
Gardener's Cottage

The spacious Gardener's Cottage interior features high beamed ceilings, pine floors, gas log fireplace, relaxing Jacuzzi for TWO, separate shower, cable TV/VCR, full kitchen and a wonderful tree-top deck with your own hammock and swing. This country cottage is perched on a hill side of a wooded valley at a private Historic District location away from the main inn. You'll have free off-street parking and may see deer staring back at you. Our honeymooners say the cottage's guest book which is filled with heart warming stories shared by former guests should be titled "Relationships 101".
